Make a Payment

Use this field to submit an ad-hoc online payment.  At checkout you may specify what the payment is to used for in the checkout form  (for example, if you purchased several hard copy back issues of the newsletter).  Please note that the on-line credit card processing fee (2.9%) will be added to the total purchase.
